Maloof Money Cup Heading to New York’s Flushing Meadows
And that means plenty of combo grinds over the grate.
As a resident of Sacramento, I have a conflicting opinion about the Maloof brothers. They did bring my beloved Sacramento Kings close to glory for several years in the playoffs, only to be eliminated by Shaq, Kobe, and in the most excruciating year, by Big Shot Bob’s, um, heroics. I can’t even watch Robert Horry’s 3-point shot today without feeling a combination of deflation, frustration, and sheer rage.
