As Slap’s One in a Million rounds to a close, the Berrics’ YOUnited Nations picks up steam. Check the video at the top of this link for some weirdness. The rest of the videos from the contest are easy to situate in time and space; this one is just all over the place. Schizophrenic, really. I caught spots all over the place, from Miami to Wilshire. It doesn’t look like a crew, more like a bunch of poached footage. I’m not saying I hate it, just that it is puzzling. Who are these guys? How do they know each other? Who are they representing? The footage is super grainy and shaky, which is kinda refreshing to see in an age when everyone seems to be trying to make the next fully flared.
